THOMAS CUP

Sad to say, Malaysia badminton team has failed to compete for the Thomas Cup.

Bao Chun Lai VS Wong Choong Hann 21-18 21-7
When I switched on my tv, this was the first match I watched. Once Chun Lai lead the game, Choong Hann seem to lose his confidence throughout the game. Haiz... I was not sure whether he was tired or not. I felt that he was not doing his best.

Zhongbo Xie, Zhendong Guo VS Zakry, Tazari Mohd 17-21
I was so excited when watching this match (Keep shouting like hell >.<). Both of them have the high spirit to play well. Besides, they have good smaching technique till the opponents have no time to rebute the shuttlecock. However, I felt that this team has much room for improvement on their cooperation when playing bad. It was quite shameful when both of them trying to rebut the shuttlecock at the same time =.= But overall, we should be proud that this new faces players have brought glory to our country =D

Jin Chen VS Hafiz Hashim Muhammad 21-16
Well, I managed to watch the 2nd match. It was a good start where I started to admire the calmness of Hashim. He was so calm and cool when playing. It seem that he used not much strength when playing but it was a good defend where Jin Chen failed to play over the net for three times consecutive. But then, same case happened. Hashim performance was deterioriate after losing some points behind Jin Chen.

After seeing the matches, I don't feel really satisfy with it as some of the Malaysian players are not doing their best in the game. Losing confidence or not concentrating are the main factors. Haiz...
Well, I always hope that Malaysia team can win the Thomas Cup and repeat the glory history in 1949, 1952, 1955, 1967, 1992. Will cross my fingers after 2 years XD
