I have graduated

Aloha my long lost friend, it’s time to blog something interesting! Gonna blog about an important moment of my life which is my GRADUATION DAY : )

After studying hard for 3 years in Australia, it’s kinda hard to bid goodbye to my Bachelor degree years after having gone through a lot of stuffs; I mean happiness, bitterness, rojak feelings, etc throughout the years. It is totally a wide opener to be able to see/learn/touch many things that not everyone is able to do. Besides, having different genre of friends have truly taught me on how to be more independent and sociable. I enjoyed every moment talking/partying with them. Other than that, joining tzu chi, chung tian, Malaysia society, choir have made my stay in Australia livelier and more meaningful. It’s not wholly about learning new stuffs, being able to make great friends is good enough to make me satisfy with what I have right now. Thanks everyone who has given me much guidance especially my lovely housemates, neighbours and new friends. You guys are mad awesome!

Alright, shall straight to photo bombing session. Excuse my poor language as I think I am still tired from being a tour guide and driver continually for the past few weeks. but everything is worthwhile and I am glad that my parents and friends enjoyed their stays : )

The night before my graduation, I actually felt nervous for no reason. Perhaps the sole reason was I was worried I would fall off from the stage while walking towards the chancellor =.= yeah, it’s kinda lame I know. Anyhow, without having any make up and fancy dress (wore my old clothes), I was ready to accept the fact that I had graduated from bachelor of Commerce.

Waiting. lalalaa =p

Today I decided to have dinner at Nando as I was freaking bored at home. We have ordered one whole chicken portion with large chips. Guess what, 2 FEMALES ate them all in just not more than 30 minutes. Everyone of us had 4 pieces of fat chickens. We ate continuously as we were bloody hungry and cold. After finishing, we saw our neighbours who were guys, they ate only one small piece of chicken with small chips.

What I wanna conveyed was, we were damn KUAT MAKAN man. haha..

Cold mar. Furthermore, I haven’t eaten my breakfast yet =.=

The temperature here has dropped significantly this week which made me suffered much as I have no thick sweater >.< Now is 5 Celsius. The temperature in Canberra worsen, sometimes the temperature could hit till negative Celsius.

I wish I am in M’sia now and couldn’t careless about the El Nino phenomenal. But beware everyone, don’t let our globe become more ill. Well, Victoria swine flu’s victims have reached to over 1000 patients. Seriously it terrified me although everyone does not seem to care much in Q. Anyhow, just cross fingers that everything will be fine ^^

Saturday is my exam ler. Dunno why I am kinda relax and lazy now. But I think it should be a good sign as if I panic at the last minute, everything would just screw up. Anyhow, I am still a last minute worker *Wink wink*

Well, my friend had requested us to send an email to Ministry of Education to give our point of view regarding whether English should made as compulsory subject to pass in SPM or not.

I always read Malaysia news, so, I am not really Katak di bawah tempurung =.= I am delighted that the Ministry comes up with this suggestion but it seem that people are not really happy with it. Previously, the law states that BM is a must pass subject in order to let students to proceed for tertiary education. Personally, I do agree this new statement. Hopefully it would become a Legislation in no time.

Well, below is my short email which has been sent to the Ministry of Education Department. When I typed this letter, it took me less than approx 10 mins and it was without checking. So, perhaps the wordings were kinda cacat. But feel free to have a look especially the last paragraph. I do include that

………. could stand up to speak English confidently at the international stage to show that M’sia memang BOLEH…….. When I was typing this, suddenly my “sifat patriotik” sedang membara panas. Not kidding though >.<

Yea, perhaps you might think that it is waste of time to send to them as most probably they might just ignore it. Anyhow, I just wanna contribute my own point of view as being a Malaysian. Perhaps my small support might affect their decision leh. {ok, I am 38-ing again}But who knows, right?

So, I urge everyone who want for a betterment on Malaysia Education System, why not spend only 10 minutes of your time to send a short message to kpkpm@moe.gov.my

Oh ya, forgotten one thing. My friends said DAMANSARA has the best seafood restaurant. Anyone wanna go with me? lolz…

It has only 2.5% of alcohol. The first time I drank it tasted ok. But when I opened a bottle for myself, I was not really fond of the taste as it was too not “song kou”. Anyhow, I did finish it as papa mama taught us not to waste resources =.=

Some thoughts to ramble about.

• My car license is on the way from the other world. yea yea ^^ I intend to invest a bicycle. So, I can cycle it around my place, city, garden, market, etc… rather than walking. It is a good form of exercise though. Should I?

• I really hope that I have more time to play games, watch drama series, have outdoor sports, etc…… For me, time flies like hell. How could it be? Am I fully utilizing every minute every second?

• Today I went to shop for my dresses but PHAIL. I couldn’t find any long dresses. What am I going to wear for the performance? Argh.. My last resort would be long pant =(

 

• Too bad I couldn’t help out for the trip to nursing home as I am busy with my own stuffs. Today we met with Tzu Chi xue jie. They were so kind to offer us a lift home. awwwww… Thx alot =)

 

• Well, whenever I met with China, HK or Taiwan friends, the questions they would always ask are……….

“你们也会讲华语哦？”

“马来西亚与马来西亚朋友讲话不是应该讲马来西亚语吗？感觉好奇怪哦。”

“为什么你们也会讲福建话？”

“你(me)是不是台湾人啊？为什么你的口腔与一般马来西亚朋友都很不同？”*cough cough cough* wtf. I was playing with the slang at that time lar =.=

I always have to repeat my answers =.=

When I told them that Mandarin is my first language. They will sort of feeling shocked. lolz…

St Patrick Day

Wohoo, I am over excited about the victory of Liverpool vs MU which is 4-1. Kinda weird isn't it? Although I just read about the live updates from the internet, I feel tense and excitement all over me. My idol strike the second goal. wohoo wohoo =)

Yesterday I slept around 3a.m but have to wake up early in the morning. 2 of my friends and I went to city to catch a bus to Sunnybank. When we reached the city, there were already lots of people around. Why?? Because today was St Patrick Day!! Coincidently, I wore green shirt. But we have to forgo the parade T.T

We saw a cute dog at Queen St which was waiting for the parade to begin. At first, I thought the dog was forced to put his/her mouth into a hole on the ball. Immediately, I was sad because it was like torturing the pet. But when I saw the owner gave his/her another toy, the ball dropped out of his/her mouth. I was greatly relieved and thinking that I was way too stupid to have such thoughts >.<

When we were waiting for our great senior who was coming to fetch us, I came across this. I felt it was kinda cute, isn't it? =p

Well, I was late for Tzu Ching's activity. Today we got to classify all the recycle materials. I was happy to be part of it as I was greatly in love on doing all these. When it was halfway through, my finger accidentally cut by a sharp container as my gloves already have hole on it. Blood flowing out from the wound but I ignored it and continue to do my tasks. My friends saw it and they were astonished and kept asking me not to do it anymore. I ignored them again as I was quite engrossed with my stuff but my wound kept on bleeding and making the glove looked bloody red. Hence, I cepat-cepat wash my wound and continue with my job.

After everything has done, Jia Min and I went to the Chinese area to buy some groceries. I have learn to shop for cooking ingredients and food. Not bad huh??? Before that, we have some desserts to quench our thirst.

Mine

I love to drink and enjoy the art of drinking chinese tea, so I bought a Chinese tea cup and a teapot. Who wanna "tam cha" with me? I have pu er cha, kekwa and long jin cha with me at the moment ^^ Besides, I have bought some fish, tauhu and some canned food to be cooked at home. Personally, I dislike eating too much of canned food because it is not really healthy.

After buying those, we makan again. Haiz... Can you imagine how fat am I?? Both of us shared one dish which was BBQ Chicken Rice. The taste ok ok lar.

We went back to city after that. We went passed "Brisbane Concert Orchestra" performance and I dunno why I would felt kinda weird and was shievering at that time. What I wanna say is I have 脱轨了 T.T But I would never give up on music. I would brush up one day. I CAN I CAN (=

When we reached home it was around 4p.m. Quickly, I have a nap before I really become a hantu =.= Around 6p.m, we have to go to a friend's house to attend his house warming party.

After that, my friend opened a bottle of wine. In the end, just 2 guys and I drank much as others dislike the taste. Tak syok pun. Argh, my 2 favourite kakis are in M'sia now. Can't wait for it, must wait me ar *evil smile*
