Joe Hisaishi. the idol.

Joe Hisaishi has become one of my favorite composers. Merely listening to the enlighten and melodious music could make me tears. I admire his talents, his works, his conducting style, his humble look Smile Hopefully I could attend one of his concerts in the future *dream will come true if you have faith***crossing fingers****

To know more about him, feel free to visit his FB Fan Page or his official webpage.

The music also makes me miss my violin and the joy moment of being able to perform on stage. I would never give up my music never.ever.

Alright, enough of talking. enjoy the music. hope you like his music as well.

Love of MilkSick

Hot milo prepares by mum is always sweeter and warmer than anyone’s else. Dad’s encouragements ring my ears no matter how down or unprepared am I. Sis’ laughter and fashion sense always amaze me and I miss her companion badly. Bro’s cool lame jokes and real facts talks always fill in my mind. The clock which is hanging at the middle of the living room telling everyone that it’s time for Grandpa’s favorite TV news, no one can switch the channel and the volume must be turned up triply. What’s more?

I wish I am in my own house now giggling and telling lame jokes with all my loved ones, traveling together and playing Chinese chess with Grandpa. I wanted to go home badly not because of traveling here and there, I just want to spend more time with all my loved ones. awwwwwwwwwww :(

I want to support my ex-school band concert and bro’s performance too.

I want to cook a delicious meal for my family and close friends.

I want to play violin with all my buddies.

I want to spend more time with all of them.

I actually went back to see the old videos of CW Concert Band in youtube.

Though we have lots of flaws here and there, but the main purpose was not only to promote musicianship, we were on stage to play as a team and to learn from mistakes as well. Anyhow, it was a good experience for me. Without joining this band, I would know nothing about violin, conducting & orchestra.

My first partly solo performance

Mamma Mia. Alright, my conducting went haywire..

Phantom of the Opera, the song that we kept practicing and I did enjoy it lots.

p/s: Do click like if you like any of the video posted above or any comments are welcomed too.

After crapping so much nonsense, this is the main point. Feel free to go if you are staying nearby or enjoy listening to oldies songs. Do support them as they have put much effort in this upcoming concert.

Jia you everyone :D

Alright, it’s time for bed now.

Seriously miss my family & violin babe……

Shoot, all the sentimental songs that have been listening to recently are making me emo easily.

Sing low and high

Seriously I am too sick of studying. I just realize that I usually would not try to fit everything in my mind one day before the exam. Done is done, just do my best tmr =)

That’s why you would always see me updating my blog during exam periods. lolz

Last Sunday, I went to Qums’ rehearsal at a Ulu place (Scout, girl guide camp site). I was suppose to go on Sat but having 2 exams on that day. So, ended up become a dead corpse at the following day due to over-exhaustion. Thanks Joyce for fetching me to the venue =)

My new friend, Syah who was from M’sia as well and studying Master under Mara. It was pretty amazing that he was interested in joining this choir as most of the songs we sung were about religion. Me either, lolz. Because of what? Interest lor.

The following pics were taken from one of the choir members. I have missed out their social “drinking” party which was happening on Sat night. They looked lovely with different costumes ^^

My theme of the pic is about “receiving your short msg and wishes have made my heart warm” something like that.

Still remember this pic?

siap

I mentioned about being over confident was not a good thing.

DSC01506Well, the above pic was taken when I was waiting for my exam last week and this time I shoot my own legs =.= And so happen that it was the similar posture and same colour slippers. haha. Am I being over confident?

>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

Yesterday, I attended a Tzu Chi seminar hosted by 黄思贤师伯. He was the “legs and hands” of Master Cheng Yen for 20 years until now non-stop and have been travelled to more than 60 countries to help the victims in different disaster situations. Personally I admire him alot as his determination of helping people without giving up on trying have inspired me although he was much older than my parents. He looked not old at all and strong as well. 真的好佩服他。The most influence sentence that made me wonder awhile was “实际地自己亲生去体验好比只靠目视、听觉与念经来得可贵” (Experience life with your own hands and mind are much better than solely depending on looking, listening and reading book). It is true also as if you don’t experience or indulge yourself in the real-life experience, you would never know how the creator of the book think at the first place. Jing-Si aphorism is not a bible book, it is an understandable, adaptable real-life principles and behaviors that Master Cheng Yen herself has actually experienced and succeeded in adapting them which she is kind enough to share with everyone. Those verses are always happening in our real-life, but we tend to forget always as greed, desire and lust are easily fill up our mind sometimes. Personally, I would call it as a “motivational guide” for me to think about.

This baby was extremely cute and friendly. He was not shy at all. Whenever I started to approach him, he would just keep laughing loudly. How cute he was =)

Last but not least, bye bye everyone. Tmr exam jia you!

It’s possible

be humble

Lesson that I have learnt today is never be over confidence on what we are doing. Things that might be as easy as ABC would not always accurate when it comes to problem solving in reality.

I am too relied on notes because I HATE textbooks and memorizing theories. In the end, I have done lots of stupid mistakes in today’s exam as I have never flipped through my textbook beforehand. Anyhow, I would never cry over spill milk. Just let it be as long as I could pass the paper =)

Today I went for a few hours jamming with a few guitarists and pianists. Everyone of us had loads of fun and alas I could touch my beloved black and white keys. I miss it so much yet I couldn’t keep in touch with them regularly. Argh… How to play violin liao ar?

Later, we went to a Chinese Vietnamese restaurant to have our dinner. OMG, I love those food loads, couldn’t resist myself from eating too much. Cari makan di Aussie has been succeeded =)

Food food, I love you so so so much, I would never fail to pay you as long as you are delicious and unique. I want roti canai, teh tarik, hor fun, yi poh loh si fun, zhu tou tong, kuey teow, steak, french fried, nasi lemak, lemang, etc etc…..

p/s: Above pic was curi-curi taken today when I was sitting restlessly waiting to enter the examination room.

love, pehhwa

All in all, I highly recommend you guys to watch this great dazzling music and relive the drama of the greatest cinematic epic of the 21st century. Wohoo.

The sad thing for me is I can't go for it. SO, friends, if you go, pls bring my soul along ya =.=

Below are some of the quotes I love the most from LOTR movie.

"Put down the Ranger, and become the man you were born to be!" Gandalf to Aragorn
The Road goes ever on and on
Down from the door where it began.
Now far ahead the Road has gone,
And I must follow, if I can,
Pursuing it with eager feet,
Until it joins some larger way
Where many paths and errands meet.
And whither then? I cannot say.

"Instead of a Dark Lord, you would have a queen, not dark but beautiful and terrible as the dawn! Tempestuous as the sea, and stronger than the foundations of the earth! All shall love me and despair!”

Proceed to Pt 3 =.='''

Let's continue.
Let me tell you how's our performance style. Well, we sat separately at the guest dinning table. When the couple stepped in with the Canon as the background music. We stood up and started to play where we were surrounded by guests and chit-chatting noise.

Oh gosh, I felt weird that way. This was because the jalan was sempit and they watched directly around me. My butt had to move left and right some more to avoid banging into the waiters, waitress and guests.

Well, although I have memorize the song, somehow it has become a bit messy. Anyhow, the playback song was loud enough to cover our sounds =)

When the canon song was almost over, we played and walked slowly towards the stage and ended up in front of the stage. After that, we walked up to the stage and here we begun the rest of the songs.

Well, I thought the atmosphere would very noisy with HEY HEY YOU YOU. Haha..

This was a high class wedding, how could I misunderstand it. Our conductor came and we started. Well, the hall was COMPLETELY SILENT. Gosh, damn creepy. May be because the food has served yet lar.

Thanks GOD everything went smoothly. I was overjoyed. Let me disclose the song titles that we played. Canon in D, Divertimento, Hornpipe from Water Music and All I Ask For You.
After we performed, I straight away went back to the table and shake hand with the Datin and my GODFATHER. Wakaka... She took my hp no and my goddad said a few words to me. Here I came to know that he was Mr Chua but did not dare to ask his full name. Shy shy lar. Once I shaked hand with him, he grip very hard and only let go once he has finished his conversation and I was about to leave. "touching".

Who knows in the future I might bump into him? The world is small, who knows ya?

They kept asking me to stay for the dinner but I refused. How could I sat with all ceo and attended a tak jemput event? lol

After that, we went back to the hotel room and packed our thinggy.

Next, we went to a restaurant downstairs to have BUFFET.

Walau, RM99 for one set dinner. I am a poor gal, must fully utilise leh. LOL =.=''' (kidding)

Well, I LOVE MAKAN and try new or unique stuffs.
That's why I took almost every type of food in small portion.

Could say these were appertiser.

I drank this soup twice cos it taste nice with dry cubed bread

Different type of seafood. Many stuffs I haven't tried before So, I decided to have A TRY for almost everything (tamaknya saya) =)

Different meat, rice, fried oyster, bread, cubed cheese. Don't they look like "huang jin". zzzzzz

This is a main course (duck dish) - not mine

I ordered salmon as my main course. Frankly, SUCK was what I can say. The fish was tasteless.
Dessert time =)

That time I was bloated, but I somehow "force" to eat more cos I haven't tried the sweet thinggy.

The teachers said, walau, you can eat alot. Another person said "Aiya, she is still young ma".

I rebuted that I just took every portion a bit bit, but tak sangka if added all together, it was alot >.<Well, I ate from 9 something to 11 something non-stop. Wakaka.

I was also very happy. WHy? Because I got to dip stuffs into the CHO CO LAT fountain. I'm lovin it. This was my first time and I felt GREAT.
(Well, I act like a kampung gal aje) =.=
Besides, I kept laughing whenever all the teachers were talking cos they were funny man. Who say only teenagers know how to crack jokes?

OVERALL, THE FOOD IS JUST SO-SO FOR ME. I don't think RM99 is worth for that >.<

After that, Gerrald fetched me back. We went to a bank, and bypass klcc and some locations where I have taken some pics cos I very mou liu ma.

THOUGHTS:

Aiya, I think I have craped too much unnecessary stuffs. Btw, this was my blog ma. I like to write in details not because wanna all my readers to know what's happening. My main purpose is to keep it as a memorial sweet time or in contrary so that when I old already, I can recall back.
My brain has limited space to store so much thinggy >.<

MAIN THOUGHTS:

Let me crap somemore. Well, I did not regret to perform during the day although I have to sacrifice 2 solid days of my precious time.

I really admire Gerrald alot as he is very gentleman, soft, selfless, humble, friendly and kind. Although he knows that I can't follow up, he still could smile and say, JUST ENJOY THE MUSIC. He would wait for you before he left or let you get in to the lift or a place before stepping in. Ms Chew is really lucky to have him as a husband. I wish both of you happy forever =)
Well, this instantly let me recall GCL. He has some of the characteristics I mentioned above, that's why small kids really love to play with him. Besides, both of them have the fatherly look. They sure will be a good father in the future. Agree?

Hey, GCL don't be so happy. I am not praising you but just to make a statement and saying the truth only. wakaka lol =.=

The best-known and best-loved of Dickens' tales, A Christmas Carol is the story of the miserly Ebenezer Scrooge who hated the humbug of Christmas ... until one Christmas Eve, three ghosts take him on journeys through the past, present and future. As Scrooge enters the lives of Tiny Tim, Bob Cratchit and the Fezziwigs, he comes to know the meaning of kindness, charity and goodwill.

A story of yuletide joy, A Christmas Carol is Dickens' hymn to the spirit of Christmas, a spirit to be cherished throughout all the year.

Sat Performance Pt 2

Ok, let's proceed the story.

The next day, I woke up early in the morning to practice once more till I left my house >.< During that time, I was damn exhausted and my fingers were aching and having bubbles =.=

I shall stop crapping the details. Well, I went to KTM station and met up with Ms. Chew. All the while my heart was jumping fast >.<

I have a great chat with her in the train. It made me felt more relax. She said Gerrald said you can catch up, no problem. I was like, har, swt!! Really? When reaching there, we straight away headed to Hilton KL. Walau, the ballroom was magnificent and beautiful with decorated flowers and sparkling thinggy. There were more than 60 tables in the hall. Too bad I have no time to snap pics, do you know why?

This was because once we were there, I met with another music teacher. She saw me snapping some pics then straight away asked, do you like photography? After I replied her, we kept on discussing about photography. She was quite pro and having a DSLR. I showed her my compaq, she thought me lots of things that I always lazy to figure out and explore my mum's camera cos no time. Anyhow, I would find time eventually =) I have a great short lesson from her. Hehe.... Not bad, huh.. At first she really thought I was at her age >.< onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEgCUMWaDG2N_0zjTK_fwK5xW8OCjIX9F2QVoBFi-wOKcfFe7kuByazbLOpHlv9jo7i1VOvFaZ-QGyqhBP3pLicAOkQLhyFOljr1fMV738CiRBoUOebg212PkkFFT2pnlGy0ShVnBM5DG94x/s1600-h/DSC00847.JPG">One of them was Ann Jil's UCSI viola teacher, Ms Angela if not mistaken

After practising from 3.30p.m to around 6p.m, we went up to a hotel room where 20 ppl needed to squeezed in. (not that absurb lah)
All the damn expansive violins except me the most xia sui one. Anyhow, I love mine alot =.=
Gap ppl swimming?

Well, I think I was the quietest person there who still holding and looking at the scores when resting >.< funny =")" onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEiDMLo2GxPm6Md0lrjY1vxbJDsQ6omAUBfslZXdbpX5ITvhgPCnb5ugLDwthposW2tg2J2DCcs3krKAmGiMbO15AUFvsY6gzYYKOToIWvGCnvpqOczIvNfOnETvPozDYG3ARpzpdT7rlHi2/s1600-h/DSC00859.JPG">
Some of them discussed about babies while others looking at a few expansive violins (30k Euro if not mistaken) bought by a violin collector.
After that, we all changed into blackwomen and blackmen" They all looked so segak =)

When I walked up to the ballroom. Walau, the lobby was full of prominent and elegant looking people. All of us went into the ballroom to prepare. We were assigned to sit at a designated table as a start of our performance. How?
The room's toilet cannot be locked. It was scary as everyone was out there unless you come with your husband or boyfriend different lah ==

I sat at the empty table waiting and waiting for the event to start. Lol... The event supposed to start at 7.30p.m but 8 something baru start >.< (yu jor gei)

I saw lots of leng lui, but didn see any handsome guys lah. LOL... Some of them look very studious but don't know got isi anot >.<>

But then the difference was, almost everyone in the hall wearing BLACK. What “红色红色” tak boleh pakai la. Seriously, all were wearing black especially guys were wearing suits and perhaps tuksedo.

Well, I was not sure which Tan Sri's son getting married. The whole hall was full of rich people. Do you know my table has who? Walau ye, there were not Dato, not Dato Seri, but they were TAN SERI, DATIN SERI. I was like, whoosh. I loved to explore ppl's behaviour and attitude. So, I kept my ear open for their conversation. C'mon, it was not that I was gepoh, there was nothing to do other than listening and shivering.

They were AMBANK group CEO, Kurnia CEO and a few more which I did not know who were there. Let me give you some knowledge about my experience bah. Well, they did not greet by saying Mr or Ms.

Everyone greeting was almost the same and the NAME also the same.

“Hey,Tan Sri, how are you? Long time no see."
Another one would say, "Hey, Tan Sri, how is your holiday?"

After a few minutes, there was a guy sitting beside me.

He said, "wau, I am honored to sit beside a pretty girl".

Once I heard, I was like, what???? swt!!!

Besides, he said:"Aiya, I should bring my son along." Walau, don't tell me you want to introduce your son to me? wakaka

The guy was very friendly. Below were some of the conservation they have said.

A: " Eh, how's Singapore?"
B: " It's definetely better than M'sia. I can jog everyday or buy things from Orchard road as I live very near to the place. Besides, no one recognises me."

Wah, once I heard no one recognises him, I was curious to know who was him.

On my left side was another Tan Sri's wife. She also very good to me. She purposely ordered one coke for me although I refused a few times. Anyhow, I didn drink though, if not I would shivering like mad >.<

The guy sitting besides me thought that every table would have a performer sitting there to ACCOMPANY the guest to MAKE THEM BUSY.
Once he said that to me, I just kept on smiling and SWT-ing.

After awhile, the EX-EX MCA president came to the table and shake hands with them.

After awhile again, another Tan Seri from the same table asked B.

"She is your daughter arh?"
B: "Ya, she is my daughter, I am glad to be his god-daughter".
I swt once more.

One minute passed~~~

A Datin Seri asked B:" Is she your daughter? Both of you look resemble."

B said:" really? then we should take a photo together. *Giggles*"
I can't do anything but just laughing and smiling.

B said:"Do you mind to be my god-daughter?"

Me: "Oh no no, it's ok =)"

5 minutes passed~~~

B said:"Nah, take one." (The gift for guests)

Me:" No thanks, I am full already (actually I was starving like mad)."

B :" Take one lah, everyone says you are my daughter, give some face".

Me :" Oh, ok. thanks alot."(restless) LOL

Walau, the love shaped chocolate was nice to eat. Once it touched my tongue, the sweetness with the inner unknown juicy thinggy melted together produce a superb CHO CO LAT taste.I'm lovin it.

Once the playback of Canon has started, it was the time I have to stood up and did some thinggy. What was that? How was the performance style? Find out in the next post.

Once I stood up and bid farewell to them, the Datin Seri said:"Please come back after you have performed, I want your hp no.

B :"Do join us for the dinner ya".

Me :"No thanks hehe."

B :"Come lah, there is an empty place. My son did not come".

I refused and proceed to my performance. Ok lah, got to stop here.

Stay tune.
