My friends, let's not think of tomorrow, but let's enjoy this fleeting moment of life.

Tomorrow 4 of my JPA friends will be leaving M'sia to pursue their studies in bachelor of commerce and bachelor of law. I kinda miss them as one of them was my roomate, 2 of them were my classmates and another one was my crazy and cute friend as well. They are going to Adelaide :(

Frankly, at the beginning of the year, I intended to put University of Adelaide as my first choice. Why? This was because I was way too attracted by the serene and environmental surroundings. I love that place very much by just looking at the photos. Personally, I did not even consider about each U's ranking in Australia. What I most particular about was just the greenery surroundings.


However, when it is the time to send our 3 MAIN CHOICES to JPA in August that time, I was overwhelming with lots of different thoughts.

Some of them said,

"Hey, the University is almost the lowest ranking in the group of eight."
"The TER requirment is the lowest among other U which is 80. That means all the chapalang people also can enrol easily"
"Hey, the place is very very ulu. It does not suit you."
"Hey, the place there has many snakes sliding around. You are at risk man."
"You would feel very bored when you were there as they have not much entertainments."

BLA BLA BLA, so on and so forth. These were some of the conversations of 2nd persons who told me. I was sort of being influenced as I don't know the truth at all.

When I consulted my parents, they just said "Choose the best that you like."
I was way too confused on which U to choose as I know nothing about all these.

Dunno why there were many people applying for Melbourne U each year. Almost half of my classmates applied for that U. If you know me well, you would know this. If everyone is competing for one thing, I will give up for that thing immediately and let them compete themselves. Furthermore, I am a girl who likes to explore the world at a new environments where there is no friend to dependent on. I would like to start every journey with a new me but of course friends are important too =)

I have thought of Sydney especially the opera house. lalalalalala. However, I not very fond of living in a big city. But of course I would visit the place someday and see the wonder blue mountain. hohoho.

ANU, UNSW were not at my choices at all. I heard that ANU is something like Putrajaya which I don't think I would like that place.

JPA would not place anyone in Monash U for commerce as it is a private institution and if not mistaken, the school fees is way too expansive =.=

In the end, I left with fewer choices. So I put Sydney, Queensland and Adelaide as a back up for my 3 main choices. Many of my friends who select Melbourne as their 1st choice did not get it in the end.

I have done much research on all the choices I put before the darn SAM exam. Hence, I did not regret to get that U as the place was a paradise for backpackers and close with nature a lot. No worries, I am sure will travel around the whole big island in these few years. My friends, wait for me =)


To all my friends who are going to study there, don't forget to keep in touch and let's plan some road trips together. Till here, see ya XD

To all my friends who are not going there, no worries, save money now and you all are welcome to come to my place. I would let you sleep on my bed while I sleep on the floor, so that you could save on the accommodation fees. Hope to see you guys again very much =)
