Wherefore art thou, Romeo?

First of all, this post would have lots of rojak languages. Sorry, I am really cacat nowadays >.< Besides, all the pics here are taken using either my phone cam, digital or hubby. Pls don’t expect much from me as I seriously is a noob photographer who just simply snap stuffs that I like. =.=

huhu, I need some time to rest and if can, I would like to stay away from my academic studies for awhile. I want vacation, wanna go into the jungle or climb mountain once more. Shh….night dreaming now.  “Sabar-sabar, patience is virtue. Just couldn’t wait anymore. wakakaka. Suddenly I feel really excited. lolz”

Well, I would like to post about my singing performance experience which was happened on last Saturday. Hurray. Yea, last Wed was my full rehearsal…… =)

Lazy to elaborate adi, let the pics reveal all bah.

I was sesat when walking alone to find this place in the dark. I was kinda shocked when looking at the enormous building and kept wondering was I at the right place.

    

Yup, I was at the right church. Once I stepped in, instantly I was in love with the cool interior design of the building. Besides, I saw a hugh pipe organ as well. awww……

We bertungkus-lumus shifting and putting all the heavy planks on to the stage and screwed in the standing planks as well. After some hard work and co-operation from everyone,

Then, we put chairs on it. If we sing for so a long period of time and can’t rest our butt, die loh @.@ Anyhow, soprano and alto members have not much time to rest at all =(

 

 

 

They were the hired orchestra players. I guess that this was the second rehearsal that they actually sight read the score but still can produce solid and melodious tone. *salute* This time round, percussionists were there. There were a few percussion instruments which were new for me and those instruments could really produce a great monotone sound. Wondering what were there…

Now I only notice that actually harp has so many pedals on the left and right of the instrument. Cacat la pehhwa.

Aww.. poor thing. They have been at the venue early of the day just to help out.

After the rehearsal, everyone of us had to shift the planks back to the original position. During that time, it was pouring dogs and cats. But I love it alot ^^ The consequent was, I was more cacat n horrible >.<

Well, today I went for the practice. Immediately, we have rehearsal tonight for the next bigger and more grand performance in August. This time round we are going to have a complete full orchestra with us which is the Kelvin Groove Wind Orchestra.

The song selections are quicker, livelier and classical. Plus, I am NOOBER about the songs as we are gonna sing Eng, Latin, Persian, Monyet, Neapolitans’ languages. Oh no, it is really a big challenge for me. Anyhow, I have a great fun time singing with them and have learnt lots of new stuffs as well =)

I can guarantee that most of the songs you might have heard of them =)

Well, usually I would change my classical channel in Astro radio to may be jazz channel just to avoid from listening to people who are singing on a very high tone or solo-ing in a creepy way. But this time I couldn’t avoid anymore. Can I just seal my ears? >.<
