Lastly, decided to blog a food post to make me happy. yes, I am drooling while looking at those food. kinda miss Melbourne’s delicacies. It would never make you bored of eating them.
My visit last time was mainly focus on outskirt of Melbourne. This time, decided to hunt for good food in the city itself. So here is my food hunting trip during my first day of visiting. Actually, I was supposed to go to Sovereign Hill. Because I overslept + laziness due to the freaking cold weather, here come the plan B.
First stop: Breakfast @ Hardware St.
The lane was quite similar to the one in Bkt Bintang, wasn’t it? I enjoyed walking there, somehow, the feeling was unique.
Dropped by at LuBite to buy some famous macaroons! It was kinda pricey hence we decided to buy 3 different flavor of macaroons to try. It was chewy and it tasted like the “pin pei” mooncake. okay, failed in describing! do buy and you will know. anyhow, it depends on what type of macaroons you buy.
Omelet Mushroom with cheese @ Harware Societe
Brother Baba Budan-Coffee 359, Little Bourke Street
This coffee shop offers a unique ambience and interior. Check it out!
The wooden chairs were hanging on the ceiling
PassionFlowers
Eastern Sunrise
Summer Fruit Crepe
Nakad for Satan – 285 Brunstwick Street
We had been walking quite awhile just to find this shop
It was 80 cent per pintnox
the interior. full of naked women and men’s pics
ordered some Asian food @ the food court in the Crown Casino
After that, rushed to Lygon Street
Toto’s Pizza House @ Lygon Street
Yummy. like it very much!
Night time, went into this café
That’s all for now. no doubt I gained weight because of all these. luckily most of the portion was shared by two, so kinda satisfying and money saving too.
