Life is simple - it is we who complicate it. Humans are the main cause of their own miseries. Here are some ways to get rid of stress and have you own peace of mind.
- - Be true to yourself first.
- - Introspect on a daily basis how you have conducted yourself during the day
- - Devote at least 10 minutes to yourself every day.
- - Take responsibility. After introspecting be accountable for your own actions (good or bad).
- - Own up. If you have done something which has made you feel stupid, be strong go ahead and say sorry, be it a person an animal or an inanimate object.(it helps)
- - Cease from committing the error again. Next time when you are about to err, you will be reminded of how you felt before you asked for forgiveness and you will automatically refrain from doing it.
- - Try to be generous whenever you can afford to give without asking for anything in return. It always does come back tenfold.
- - Try not doing things on a daily basis which would make you feel bad - love yourself instead. This is the main mantra because it's very simple - if you love yourself, then you will try to do everything right, which will in turn simplify your life because you are doing things right. And since everything is going right, you have no worry and no stress. And you have peace of mind. It's that simple.

Personally, I believe laughter is the best medicine. Of cos not asking you to laugh with no reason. Life is brief but the memories are scarce if we just wasting our time day-dreaming or critising ppl with no clue at all. Try to be a flexible person and Seize your day to the fullest! For people who are selfish, try to put down the crown on your head and be true of yourself. Prentending to be someone else is just like eating too much of salt but in the end you are just bluffing yourself. For people who are no sense of responsibility, join more team building or leadership camps as you need lots of exercises on how to be a better person in the society. For people who are stubborn like me, just change your attitude but not change others. Be yourself and learn how to tolerate! For people who are just thinking of doing many things in one time or wasting their time, be a wiser person as time passes there would no return. Manage your time well but not greedily do the whole chunk of tasks at one time. You are not a superb person, but you can be one of them if only you are a well-organised person.
Whosh, college life sucks but I enjoy every moment with dignity XD Muahaha...
