Don't choke >.<

Since today I have the mood and time to prepare dinner for 2 of my friends and myself. I went to grocery shop to buy some final stuffs. I was way too excited till wanted to buy all the ingredients that I saw in the shop. I think of baking cake, steaming fish, making banana ice-cream, preparing desserts, cooking vegies and many many more >.<

I worked out all alone as JM become a pig at that moment while another friend of mine still at Uni. Anyhow, I did enjoy walking here and there just to take this and that ingredients. Yea, when I was into the mood, I could do things in advance. I even cook 2 dishes at the same time as I have 4 stoves altogether =.=

You are about to see distorted images. So, please be prepared.

Tadah.

Yea, I know the texture looked damn cacat, but believe me, it taste all right. I cooked fried mihun and mee, fried eggs with onion, crab meat, slices of chicken, vegies and my favourite wu chan rou =)

I thought I would receive bad comment as I am not quite familiar with the kitchen and the pan yet. But it turned up to be the opposite. I was shocked when my friends said it was quite nice. My neighbour who came in and saw the dishes. She said I looked like the "know_how_to_cook" ppl. Well, I couldn't believe at all and just har har har >.<

Yea, frankly to speak, I am "no_choice_but_have_to_cook" ppl. I would like to thank to my run away maid. If it is not her, I would not be able to cook for my family members back in M'sia last time.

I asked my other friends to comment about the food by showing their expression. So far so good. Hmm... Dunno whether they are faking or not. lolz..

I repeated my questions and I received the same answers. Not bad huh???? haha. Sorry lar, I am not ambil bakul-ing. I would try to cook better next time. No one is perfect. We have to learn from wrong to right. Ok, stop talking the facts, idiot peh =.=

The food pic below was cooked by me last week I think. Do you know why I put the tomatoes in between the fried mihun?? Hmm.. Good question. It is because the texture looked horrible. If I eat, it's ok. But it would be eaten by JM, so I better beautify it. But it tastes good as well though I accidentally pour much pepper on it =.=

Well tomorrow I have to buy more ingredients in Sunnybank again. Oh crap, I have to cook curry chicken for 15 people. Could I do that??? Hey ppl, if not nice don't blame me ya. haha. >.<

Cheers my dear dear friends.

Love,
PehHwa
