Well, today it was my turn to cook for my housemates and myself. I always wanting to create new recipes but whenever it comes to hands on, I am damn lazy to start the engine off. So, till now, all of the dishes that I have cooked were quite simple but of course there were eatable =.=

We have never cooked porridge so far. So, I decided to cook porridge today and it was my first time on cooking porridge. wtf. You might think, chey, porridge only mar, so easy. But for me as a first timer cooking it, I felt proud of myself *wink wink*.

I used not more than 1 hour to have everything done including cooking the rice, washing all the utensils and cleaning up the mess. Below pics were the dishes of the day. Perhaps it might not look tempting for you, but believe me, it is delicious =)

When frying the peanuts and ikan bilis, I wanted to eat Nasi Lemak badly. May be next week? Well, I cut cucumbers as well as they have antioxidant function which can balance out with the fried food.

The Sea Dou Fish was tinned food. Well, I kept looking at my own breakfast corn flakes and thinking on what could I do with that in order to reduce it. I love experimenting new stuffs =) . Hence, I put the corn flakes onto the pan and added honey, Nutella and cheese together. My friends said they liked it alot ^^ Yeah, satisfaction =D

Well, I have no idea how to cook porridge at all but just trying out cooking under the stove rather than using rice cooker. I added hapalang ingredients which included peanuts, onion, chicken and some sauces into it. Overall, I like the taste =)

Well, my main purpose of this post is not about food =?

Every now and then, I saw posts about friends. Yet, this kind of topic is very common and everyone of us is talking about the same facts and stories. I am not excluded as well.

Recently, I have made many new friends who come from different countries, races and religions. Just don’t know why, I love the feelings of knowing more friends. It has given me an opportunity to know more about their lifestyle, culture and to understand and tolerate with them. Besides, this is a great chance for me to hang out with them and share stories together =) Lovin’ it.

Anyhow, I am a shy girl. Perhaps in my old friends’ point of view, I might not an easy approach person who always gives a cold and ignorance impression to others. Well, it is indeed a true fact which I kinda agree with it. That’s why sometimes I get feedback from friends that they were kinda scare of me when first seeing me >.< However, when you know more about me, I can guarantee you would change your mind. But my definition of knowing me well is not that easy, as people always say that they hardly can read my mind as I don’t disclose things easily to everyone. That’s why sometimes it might make a fuss or misunderstanding amongst us =( Anyhow, I know what I am doing and of course I am very happy to share good things with anyone as I truly believe that sharing is caring. Everyone deserves to know and get benefits from them.

We might having lots of Hi and Bye friends, but how about true friends - friends that we would never feel awkward with, friends that we can share stories freely, friends that we can jokingly teasing each other, friends that we can travel together, friends that we can lend out a hand or shoulder at anytime, friends that would never forget to keep in touch with each other despite the distances and friends that are not self-centered.

Well, now is 4a.m here =.= I couldn’t stop from thinking about everything. Today is my last day of lectures and tutorials of SEM 1. Hurray, holiday is approaching yet exam is coming.
