What a disgraceful gal

Haiz, I am unlucky to know a disgraceful gal that is very selfish and not considerate at all. What the hell is that girl keep appearing in front of me everyday. Everyday, I like a maid helping to clean here and there whereas she just dumping more rubbish not into the rubbish bin but scatter around the rubbish bin. Is it she too manja or her parents do not teach her what is moral value? Does she has any sense of responsibility? Ppl cannot disturb her but she can disturb us. What sort of human being is it? Or it is consider as rubbish? Cant she just keep a lower tone and when ppl doing things just respect? What sort of rubbish is this? I already patient with her quite a long time till now. I cant take the much pressure on my shoulder. It is too heavy for me to lift it up. Everyday cant sleep well and make my face worst. Thx God hopefully wouldn affect my studies. I must find a solution that will mantain our relationship although I do not like her. I don want to have enemy. All are my friends. Hopefully one day we can break the ice. God bless me.
